How to Install Google Calendar Integration

Follow these steps to integrate Google Calendar with Opencals:

1. Authorize Google Calendar Integration

   • Navigate to the App Settings in Opencals.
   • In the Integrations section, click on Add Google Calendar Integration.
   • Authorize Opencals to access your Google Calendar account by following the prompts.

2. Input Calendar Identifier

   • After authorization, input the Calendar's identifier to complete the setup.
   • You can find the Calendar identifier in your Google Calendar settings page.

3. Assign Calendar to Staff Members

   • Navigate to the Edit Staff Member page in Opencals.
   • In the Integrations section, select the appropriate Google Calendar integration for each staff member.

How Appointments Are Managed

Once set up:

• Scheduled appointments automatically appear on the assigned staff member's Google Calendar.
